Tax Information & Paying Taxes on BS&A Online

How to Look Up Your Property or Make a Tax Payment

  1. Go to BS&A Online
  • In your internet search bar, type “BS&A Online”.
  • Look for the search result: http://bsaonline.com
  • Under that result, you may see a quick link called “Municipal Directory” or “Online Tax Payment Search
  1. Choose How You Want to Search

You can reach your property information in multiple ways. One way is to click the Municipal Directory or Online Payment Tax Search Link under BS&A Online web results—you should be seeing the website http://bsaonline.com:

Option A — Click “Municipal Directory”

  1. After clicking Municipal Directory, you’ll see a search box labeled “Where”.
  2. Type Greendale Township for Paying Taxes or Claiming your Property.
  3. Type Midland County to see your property tax information or other taxpayers’ properties for free.
  4. A search bar will appear when choosing either option (Greendale Township or Midland County)
    • You can change the search type using the tabs above the search bar area (Address, Name, or Parcel Number).
  5. Important:
    • If you search from Greendale Township, you must click “Claim this property” and create an account to view the details once you enter your information.
    • If you want to pay without creating an account (claiming the property), click the “Pay” button located below the search bar before searching your name, address or parcel ID.
    • If you just want property information, tax information, and delinquent tax information, make sure you are searching under the “where” section under Midland County. You can not view the information without paying on the Greendale Township search.
    • Note that when going under the “where” section, Midland County, you can see previous tax season amounts and payments.

Option B — Click “Pay” below the search bar on the Municipal Search Page (Greendale Township)

  1. Clicking “Pay” takes you directly to a similar search bar.
  2. You can search by Address, Name, or Parcel Number.
  3. No account is required to make a payment.

Option C —Click “Online Payment Tax Search” from the beginning of the search on the BS&A webpage results. Instead of choosing Municipal Search, click the Online Payment Tax Search if you want to go directly to payment of property taxes.

  • If this quick click link does not appear under the BS&A webpage results, just click the BS&A link (https://bsaonline.com), it will take you to the next page, which has a “pay” option.
  1. If you take you to the “where” page, enter Greendale Township.
  2. Enter your address, name, or parcel number.
  3. Review the search results and verify the property is yours.
  4. Once your property is displayed, select “Review and Pay.”
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your online payment.

Quick Recap for Taxpayers

  • Go to BS&A Online by searching for “BS&A Online” or going to the BS&A website.
  • Use Greendale Township if you want to pay taxes or claim your property.
  • Use Midland County if you want free property information, tax information, delinquent tax information, or previous tax season amounts and payments.
  • You can search by address, name, or parcel number.
  • To pay without creating an account, select the “Pay” option and search for your property.
  • Before paying, review the search results and verify that the property is yours.
  • Once the correct property is displayed, select “Review and Pay” and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
